Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, results-driven application support to help our clients secure virtual assistant positions. Because each application involves time, research, and hands-on effort from our team, we have established the following refund policy:

 

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

Clients are eligible to request a refund only if they have not secured two (2) confirmed interviews through our service. A “confirmed interview” is defined as a scheduled meeting—virtual or in-person—between the client and a hiring company as a result of our application submissions.

 

  • ✅ Full Refund – If the client has not secured any interviews and requests a refund within 30 days of service delivery, they are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.

  • ✅ 50% Refund – If the client has secured one (1) interview, they are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any processing fees.

  • ❌ No Refund – Once the client has secured two (2) or more interviews, the service is considered successfully rendered, and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

 

 

Request Process

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to HireUpHelp@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Client Full Name]”.

 

In the body of the email, please include:

 

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to purchase the service

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Confirmation of interview status (or lack thereof)

 

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

Additional Terms

 

  • We reserve the right to request verification (e.g., screenshots, interview confirmations) to confirm interview outcomes.

  • Processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 depending on payment platform) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be granted due to a client’s change of mind, change in job goals, or lack of response to follow-up emails from our team.

  • If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days after purchase and we are unable to continue the service, the project will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

 

 

Continuing Services After Securing an Interview

 

Once you have secured an interview, we will pause all application submissions to avoid duplicating efforts or applying to unnecessary roles.

 

If you’d like us to continue applying for roles after your interview, simply email us and we will resume the service immediately. Additional charges may apply if your contract has been fulfilled.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the resume editing and job application service (“Service”) provided by [Your Business Name] (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing our Service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

 

 

1. Scope of Services

 

We offer resume optimization, resume writing, and job application services on your behalf to help improve your chances of securing interviews and landing virtual assistant or administrative positions.

 

Services may include:

 

  • Resume editing or creation

  • Tailoring resumes to job postings

  • Applying for jobs using platforms provided by the client or via publicly available listings

  • Communicating basic updates via email

 

We will stop submitting job applications on your behalf once you have secured an interview. If you’d like us to continue, you must notify us by email.

 

 

2. Client Responsibilities

 

To provide the best service possible, the client must:

 

  • Submit accurate, complete information via our intake form or other communication

  • Respond promptly to email or message requests

  • Inform us as soon as an interview is scheduled

  • Avoid submitting false or misleading information about work history, location, or identity

 

Failure to provide required information may delay or limit service. We are not liable for any delays or results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

 

 

3. Results Disclaimer

 

While we aim to improve your visibility and chances of securing employment, we do not guarantee job offers or interviews. Success depends on various factors including market demand, client experience, platform algorithms, and employer interest.

 

 

4. Refund Policy

In summary:

 

  • You are eligible for a full or partial refund only before you secure two (2) interviews.

  • After two interviews, no refund will be issued.

  • Requests must be made via email and may require documentation.

 

 

5. Payment & Fees

 

  • All payments must be made in full before services begin.

  • Payment is accepted through PayPal, Affirm, Square, Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo.

  • All sales are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees.

  • Services are non-transferable and non-shareable.

 

 

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

 

We respect your privacy. All information provided to us will be kept confidential and used only to perform services you request.

 

We will never share, sell, or distribute your resume, login credentials, or personal information outside of necessary service-related tasks.

 

For added privacy, we encourage clients to create separate email accounts for job applications.

 

 

7. Use of Third-Party Platforms

 

We may use job boards, resume parsing tools, email services, or other third-party platforms to perform services. We are not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, or outcomes from these platforms.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

You retain full ownership of your resume and personal documents. However, we retain the right to use templates, language, and frameworks created by us across other client resumes or services.

 

 

9. Communication & Support

Our typical response time is within 1–3 business days.

 

Any urgent communication should be clearly marked as “URGENT” in the subject line.

 

 

10. Termination of Service

 

We reserve the right to terminate service if:

 

  • The client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days

  • The client provides fraudulent or misleading information

  • The client violates any of the terms listed here

 

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for:

 

  • Missed opportunities due to job platform algorithm changes

  • Application rejections

  • Outcomes related to inaccurate client information

  • Any damages, lost income, or emotional distress arising from job search outcomes

 

 

12. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website or provided upon request. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

 

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia/United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
